What you need to know
- Please pick your order up at your earliest convenience once you've received an email and/or text message confirming your order is ready.
- We'll hold your order for 24 hours, after that it will be canceled.
- Bring your photo ID.
- Please make sure to let us know when you arrive by clicking on the link below.
Once you've arrived, let us know you're here
After you've checked in, please remain in your vehicle until you receive a text that your order is ready to be handed to you. Enter the store on the Main Level and follow the signs to the Click and Collect Order Pickup location, located near the Customer Service area.
Health & safety
Effective November 23, 2021. In compliance with local orders, all customers are required to wear a mask while in the building, regardless of vaccination status.* If you are feeling unwell, please do not enter the building. Other COVID-19 safety protocols including social distancing and cleaning will stay in place for the time being.
